The exam period is getting closer, but there’s still a bunch of projects waiting for you. How can we spare our time to study and finish the project? Moreover, most projects are to be submitted during the exam period. So, what should we do? Don’t worry, here are several tips for those of you who are having this dilemma.
Make a schedule board
For those of you who struggle in time management, make yourself a schedule board. Try to make it a week or 2 before the deadline of the assignments, and also before the start of the finals. This can help you know when the deadline is, and you can then make a list of priority based on what you should do first.
2. Do it per parts
Sometimes, final projects may have a lot to be done. Well, if you were to do all those in one night, you wouldn’t be able to finish it. You will feel depressed and your projects will then not finish on time. Try to do it per parts. For instance, if you have 5 parts to be done, then you can aim to finish a part in 1 day; which will mean that 5 days are all you need to finish it, and yet you can still study for other subjects.
Trust your teammates
There are some of us who are hard to trust others; so in the end, they will eventually be the ones to handle everything. Change your way of thinking if you happen to be one of them. If you feel unsure about your friend’s capabilities, you can ask him or her to do what he or she masters. By having faith in your friends, you can lessen your burden and be more focused on what you should do.
4. Do not postpone everything
Laziness is our biggest enemy. If we let it free, we can be the victims ourselves. If you have received a project, try to get it done as soon as possible. Do not postpone it. The more you postpone it, the more laziness strikes. By acting quick about it, you can even finish your task before the deadline.
